Thank you! This grocery list is a great starting point if you're looking to make a lifestyle change. Go through it and pick the foods that you enjoy, I certainly don't expect you to buy everything on the list!
I've broken out of the foods into different categories such as: Proteins, Carbs, Fats, Etc. although many foods can fall under multiple categories, I tried to give you an idea of what they're a better source of.
